Movie Review for "Sharknado": Worst Movie of All Time?

Saturday, February 8, 2014

Just today I watched Sharknado, and wow, it probably had the worst plot ever. I have seen a lot of bad shark movies over the years, but this was definitely the worst, and also the funniest.

Summary: In Sharknado, a hurricane hits California and a group of people are trying to get to the main character's family before the hurricane and tornados hit them. But while they are traveling, they encounter sharks coming out of the sky and through the sewers. Will they be able to find his family and save California from the sharks?

Why you Should Watch it: This movie is great if you like cheesy movies and sharks.

Why you Shouldn't Watch it: The plot is absolutely terrible, the special affects are awful, and the acting just makes you laugh. It is one of those movies where you think to yourself "did they make this movie bad on purpose". I mean come on, a hurricane was going to hitting California and they realized they needed to evacuate 30 seconds before it hit? Sharks flying up in the tornados and crashing down eating people, are you serious? I know most  movies are unrealistic, but this movie is just plain stupid. I feel like I waisted an hour and a half of my life watching Sharknado. On top of all of that, the ending was just predictable and boring.

But hey, if you are bored and you have netflix, try it out anyways. You will definitely get a few laughs out of how bad it is.

Top 5 Most Classic 'Adam Sandler' Movies

Wednesday, February 5, 2014

Adam Sandler is one of the funniest and most famous actors within the past 15 years. He has been in over 38 movies in his career, but which ones are the "classics". You know, the movies that you watch over and over and over again and never get tired of it and the movies where you laugh every time you watch it.

5. "50 First Dates"

This is the best romantic movie that Adam Sandler ever starred in, hands down. This is a funny movie about a guy (Adam Sandler) who falls in love with a girl, but their is only one problem. Every day she forgets the most recent events in her life. So basically, she forgets that she met him, after she just met him yesterday. It is a very good movie and you will definitely be laughing through it.

4. Mr. Deeds
This is a great movie if you like comedy, twists and turns, romance, and of course, Adam Sandler. So this guy named Longfellow Deeds (Adam Sandler) gets billions of dollars after his uncle passed away trying to climb Mount Everest. It a great comedy it for sure is a classic.

3. The Waterboy
This is a movie I remember watching as a kid. It is a movie that has a lot of corny jokes and not a great plot but it is still one of the funniest movies with Adam Sandler you'll see. Adam Sandler plays a water boy for a football team. He is a weird, anti-social person with no friends, but things suddenly begin to change. The coach finds out that he is amazing at tackling people and puts him on the team.  See what happens for yourself.

2. Billy Madison
This is one of the funniest plot you'll ever here of for a movie. It is about a grown man (Adam Sandler) who wants to take over his dad's company which is apart of the fortune 500. The only problem is he didn't do good in school, so in order to get the company, he has to go back to school. All the way back to 1st grade. It is a hilarious movie and a must see.

1. Big Daddy

This is by far the best and most classic movie that Adam Sandler ever starred in. It has a great plot, comedy, and overall a movie that will make you feel good inside. A little kid is suddenly left on Sonny's (Adam Sandler's) doorstep. So Sonny decides to take care of him, but their is only one problem. Social Services.
