The Top 3 Most Creepy Villains of All Time

3. The Wicked Witch of the West
With one of the most famous Movie lines of all time, "I'll get you my pretty, and your little dog too". The wicked witch is perhaps one of the most sinister characters ever created. She threatened to light the scarecrow on fire and to put a swarm of bees in the Tin Man's hollow chest in "The Wizard of Oz". Once when you think she is dead, you find out she still lives on! She is returning March 9th on the magical show "Once Upon a Time". This is going to be a fun time for all "Once Upon a Time" fans as well as the wicked witch of the west fans. She is perhaps one of the most wicked and dark characters you'll ever encounter on a TV show or in the movies.

2. The Joker

"Let's put a smile on that face". Perhaps the greatest line in Batman ever. With  a ton of other really funny/creepy quotes, the Joker is the creepiest super villain ever. He takes nothing seriously and always has that creepy grin on his face because of his red makeup. One thing about the Joker is you never know if he had a plan or if he just goes with the flow. In the movie "The Dark Knight", Heath Ledger probably played the Joker better than anyone ever did or will ever do. If you have not seen the movie, watch it today.  This guy is just to creepy to even write about. He is the definition of pure evil. If you have not seen the Hannibal Lector movies, you need to watch them right now! He is so calm and looks so ordinary that you'd never think that he loves to kill people and put them on the frying pan to eat.
